Returns happen. Don’t worry, we've all been there -- that’s why we have a 31 day return policy for all* products at Heading. Here are a few details if you’re making a return:

All Heading products are guaranteed for 31 days after purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, the item* can be returned for a refund or exchange.

The item must have been purchased from headingco.com. Items must be returned in their original condition (unwashed and unworn with tags and packaging).

If used items are returned, a partial refund may be given in the form of store credit.

*Items marked as final sale do not quality for returns or exchanges, along with gift cards.
